Awareness and education will be the
only change in our world of crimes against children.
Life will never be the same - There is no June Cleaver, There is no Mike Brady that innocently loves all his children and step children, and Family Ties now means a family tree with few branches.
We live in a world where your next door neighbor is a registered sex offender, your school teacher is seducing her students, your sunday school teacher is raping and murdering the neighborhood kids, and parents are killing their own children. It has and does happen, even in your community.
We live in a world where the child predator's playground is in our own front yards. If you think it can't happen, try looking at the world through the eyes of a child. Even our most trusted friends aren't always who we think they are sometimes.
The best prevention is education and awareness of the dangers, not only of strangers but of anyone that makes them feel uncomfortable. A child's life is too precious to risk. Those that harm our children no longer look like the boogie man or the scary pervert in a trench coat at the park. They are all around us. We, as parents and adults have to take a stand.
THE FIGHT FOR OUR CHILDREN'S
TOMORROW
We are an online community who was brought together in July 2008 when Caylee Anthony was reported missing. We continue following cases of crimes against children in hopes of taking a stand, bringing awareness and educating the public about the dangers of child predators.
By now, nearly the entire world has seen the precious face of Caylee Anthony, Sandra Cantu, Haleigh Cummings, and many many more.
Cases such as these have changed the way America follows the news. We sit devoted in front of our televisions each day waiting helplessly for breaking news on another missing or murdered child, praying for a good outcome.
Come join us for the up-to-the-minute discussions on cases the moment the news breaks.
